Exactly as described: a very powerful blower. However I sent it back and got the Pro 60V Backpack blower instead. This handheld one was just too heavy, bulky, and difficult to handle. The shoulder strap was not helpful. Not faulting the product, it is just that a powerful motor and long lasting battery are too heavy for this form-factor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 4th purchase of a greenworks lawn care device, I absolutely loved all of them ! The ease of use and charging make them hands down the best lawn care purchase ive made in my 64 years. I use this blower getting pollen off my car in the spring and can't wait for leaf season...heck, it'll take care of a light fluffy snow too !

I have had just over a month and all seems good. Blower is easy to use,has great power, and has been not as loud as I thought it would be.

I can’t say enough about this leaf blower. It is extremely powerful. I used to sweep my 60’ driveway from pine needles, grass, & dirt. Now I just blow all of it off my driveway. The battery lasted about an hr on full blast. The charger does not take long to recharge the battery. I’ve used this leaf blower 3 times to clear grass and other debris and I was happy with it all 3 times. My 9 year old daughter loves using it with the strap. This is a back saver and an excellent tool.

Work just as I expected, had great power and the battery charge lasted plenty of time to do my entire yard. No more hassle of a gas blower just pit the battery in and pull the trigger. Very Pleased

Very powerful blower. With backpack its easy to hold the batteries without feeling the weight. The navigation of blower takes getting used to but still a great product
