Very Disappointing Runtime

I bought this leaf blower on 10/3/26. I used it for the first time a couple of days ago. Out of the box , the battery charge indicator button does not work when pressed. The most disappointing thing is the runtime. The runtime was only 15 minutes and I never used the Turbo button. I thought something was wrong. So I opened a chat with support, and they advised that 15 minutes is the normal runtime for this model. So beware. I would return it if I would have kept the box. The first and last Greenworks I will ever own.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
