Got this after using a corded blower for a while and it is SO much nicer to not have to deal with an extension cord and I have found I use it way more for quick things because it's so easy and no hassle. I am using it with a 2.5 Ah battery which does drain surprisingly fast (10-15 min) if you blow with the turbo mode so may look into the 5Ah one if you have a big project. I have a lot of their batteries so its not really an issue for me.
Upgraded from a greenworks 40v blower to this one. What a big good difference. Longer operating time with same capacity battery, much more air and just slightly heavier.
I love this blower. Very powerful and so useful. I don't know how I ever survived without one. I love the trigger-activated variable speed controlled with the push of the button. The harder I press the harder it blows. Love it!
Works well. Haven’t really used it for actual leaf blowing yet, but works great for cleaning up after mowing and drying the car. It’s powerful enough for what I have going on in my yard. We will see about leaves soon, but we only have a handful of younger trees so I’m sure it will do fine. I’m guessing it will work well with light snow too.
I will be upfront, I am a little bit biased when it comes to the greenworks line up, I have everything from the walk behind mower, zero turn, chainsaws, dethatchers etc. I very much like them all. This little snow blower has worked very well the past few new england winters. Still going strong, this past winter it does seem to have started to make a little bit of a whining noise but as far as I can tell it doesn't impact the performance. As with all 1 stage blowers, the wet heavy snow and icey snow makes it struggle. I have lots of batteries from all my other tools but heavy wet snow will burn through two 5 AH batteries literally in 15 minutes but luckily I haven't had that kind of snow too often the past few years. I really need Greenworks to come out with a 2 stage for me to add to the collection. Ideally this winter as I will be in the market for one and don't want to go outside the greenworks and their 60v platform.
