Buggy ap. Looses room maps. Restore does not work

The vacuum works great. Green works replaced the machine when the battery failed. Have never used mop function. The ap is buggy making it unreliable. This is the reason for two stars. It randomly deletes room maps and the restore of a prior map does not work . Would not buy afain
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Performance, but Battery Life is Misleading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a good vacuum with strong suction and a well-designed stand that keeps everything organized and easy to store. I do like how the battery performs once you understand it, but the battery life was not very clear on the purchase page. It only lasts about 60 minutes on the lowest power setting, and on high power it runs for roughly 8 minutes, which is frustrating. The vacuum works well and feels high quality, but clearer expectations around battery performance would have made the experience better.

But for spot cleaning and being a cordless vacuum that shares batteries with my other tools it's hard to complain. Good variety of attachments. Solid suction even on medium power. Would recommend.

2. Filter condition: A clogged or improperly seated filter will restrict airflow. Ensure the filter is clean, fully dry (if recently washed), and correctly installed.
3. Brush roll engagement. Confirm the brush roll is rotating freely and free from hair or string buildup that could reduce agitation.
4. Dustbin capacity: An overfilled dustbin can impact airflow efficiency.

Ok for the price I guess

We’ve had this for about 3 years now and the battery life is really bad and now the battery charging station isn’t registering the batteries being on the unit. The price is why we bought it as a second vacuum for upstairs but the Dyson we have is significantly better, but it’s also 2x’s as expensive.

After approximately three years of use, noticeable battery degradation can occur, as lithium-ion cells naturally lose capacity over repeated charge cycles and time. However, the charging dock no longer recognizing the battery is not expected behavior and may indicate one of the following:
A failed charging dock (internal contact or PCB issue)
Battery terminal contamination (dust/debris on contacts)
A battery pack that has reached end-of-life or developed a fault
Recommended Troubleshooting
Inspect and gently clean the battery and charger contacts with a dry cloth.
Ensure the charger is plugged directly into a working wall outlet (not a power bar).
Confirm the LED indicator behavior on the charger (no light, flashing, solid, etc.).
If the charger is not registering the battery at all (no indicator response), it could possibly be a charger issue rather than just reduced battery runtime.
While we understand the comparison to your Dyson unit, performance differences often correlate directly with motor wattage, battery amp-hour capacity, and price tier. That said, the vacuum should still provide reliable secondary-use performance when functioning correctly.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVES

Bought this 25v battery stick vacuum on Sept 22, 2025 along with a 3 yr warranty. I didn’t use until Dec. 2025. Third time I used it on the lightest suction on a kitchen rug it picked up a small corner of the rug & I tried to shut it off immediately but it would not shut down so I had to release the rug manually. Vacuum immediately died & Greenworks would not replace the vacuum or even let me purchase the stick vacuum separately without battery or any attachments. Very disappointing, will not purchasing any Greenworks tools in the future & I have bought several in the past.

Battery life!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a 40v one but they are now available😞, so I can’t wait I got the 24v one I needed it for cleaning my pellet grill after use. I got to say it has a very good vacuum suction to it better than I thought. But the battery life doesn’t last long and an extra battery is a must if you’re going to use it for cleaning your car. And the batteries are a little pricey I only have the one. I wanted the 40v battery one because I have ten 40v batteries for back up on my weed eater and lawnmower.
