The Stick Vac itself is good. It works as well as a Dyson that I had previously. I would recommend this, just be sure to get at least 2 batteries. My issue is that there was a problem with my order, I did not get the Vac Stand that I ordered at the same time, I received a 40V 15" trimmer instead. It took a couple of days to get through to somebody on the only phone number they give, non e-mail address is available. He said that I'd be hearing from somebody from the warehouse within 4 days to get the Vac Stand sent out, that was over a month ago. Since then, I have called multiple times, waiting on hold for hours, even tried the call back option, which they don't call you back. They have good gear that works, but if you ever need their assistance with anything, I pity you. I own 15 of their tools, which I really like, and as many of their batteries. This was my first issue with anything and from this experience I don't know if I will continue to purchase their equipment. I am so very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum. The 4.0 Ah battery is great, and charges pretty quickly. I use the battery on my 24v trimmer as well and it lasts about 30 minutes in medium/heavy use. Have 2 batteries and you’re good to go. The only thing I don’t care for is the touch screen indicator on the battery, it’s more of a pain to see and use, a standard 3 light system would be my preference.

I am in love! This stick vacuum is the best addition to our home. I am recommending it to all my friends! It has amazing suction and power. I LOVE that it is cordless. I can literally vacuum my whole house with it. I can use the handpiece to do my stairs, corners or my car! I have a 1 year old and it is so easy to clean up after she eats. It’s also light enough and easy to operate for my 7 year old and 4 year old to clean up their messes, too. It is very easy to switch from handheld to floor. I love that it can do high suction, medium or low. It’s very easy to clean the canister. It’s nice looking so it’s not an eye sore hanging up. It’s not too heavy and can easily carry it up and down the stairs. Very efficient & convenient.

I LOVE this stick vacuum! I have multiple Dyson vacuums, but new Greenworks stick vacuum is my go to vacuum now. My daughter even loves to use it! Charge is quick and I love how it picks up EVERYTHING!!

I am on my second vaccuum....my second broke today. Exact same problem with no replacement part available. It works great until it breaks.. ie for a few months

A whole lot better than the Shark!

I got this for Father’s Day to surprise my wife. We’ve had a Cordless Shark for 2 years plus, but being vested into Greenworks I wanted to try their version. She loves the suction power and storage stand, but mostly the flexibility in the swivel head and LED lights. Great Cordless Vacuum!!!

Tops, bar none

My vacuum is three years old now and I use it daily. We vacuum the whole house with it as I have two Australian Shepherds in the house and that means a bunch of hair daily. This is by far the best vac we have ever owned, bar none! We blow out the filter daily with an air compressor and each day the vac is like new again. Love this tool!
