Very unfortunate I cannot get it to connect to my WIFI. I have followed instructions, made sure my router is compatible, etc. But I cannot take advantage of all its features.

Perfect when you use it at eco settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum is perfect when used at eco settings otherwise it drains the battery fast like within 10 minutes. Although it has 3 settings- extreme power, standard, eco. I use it at eco to extend the life of battery. The power mode just eats up battery very fast.
It has a great modular design which means I can take everything apart including the brush that rolls to remove stuck rolled in hairs. I am not sure if I can wash the filter since I see that the inner filter might be paper even though the outside shining filter might be steel. I like to make sure if the filter is washable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried numerous other vacuums both corded and rechargeable. None ever came close to this one. We have a 2 story home. The downstairs is just over 2000'. I can vacuum the entire downstairs, including area rugs on level 2. This allows 18 minutes of use on a full charge. Rarely have to past over a leaf or other object and transitions from a bare floor to carpet. Have 6 to 8 minute left when finished. Super easy to use on the stairs with the crevice attachment. Regular head fits almost anywhere. Recharge is very quick. The headlight actually works! It is not only on but bright enough to be useful. Very easy to empty the trap. 5 stars is not adequate, needs 7.

Good suction, a real pain to use

It has very decent suction but it is a pain to use since there isn't a section of the hose that is rigid. If you are vacuuming at floor level you have to bend over to hold the hose at the very end when vacuuming. And they don't appear to offer a rigid extension piece either. Kind of makes it a deal breaker.
Pros: Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
