My vacuum is three years old now and I use it daily. We vacuum the whole house with it as I have two Australian Shepherds in the house and that means a bunch of hair daily. This is by far the best vac we have ever owned, bar none! We blow out the filter daily with an air compressor and each day the vac is like new again. Love this tool!

This 24 Volt Greenworks Cordless White Stick Powerall Vacuum is great. This is our first cordless vacuum, and we absolutely love it. It is very powerful and works great for most of our vacuuming needs. We have a commercial-grade Swedish upright vacuum that we’ve had for years, but we don’t find a need to get that out often now. This Greenworks unit is great for cleaning up the crumbs after the grandchildren and quickly sprucing up the house before guests arrive. It is great on stairs, and the battery lasts a very long time for most of our jobs and charges very quickly. We often go to the beach with our travel trailer and always struggle to keep the sand out. This is a huge improvement over our little broom and dustpan. You can hear it suck, even the little bits of sand up. We will never go camping again without it. If you have an RV, you shouldn’t be without one of these. We absolutely love this little tool. Every house should have one too!

Good in theory, Sooooo many issues

The good: decent navigation, good enough mapping software, does decent job vacuum hard floor (I had to disable it going on my carpet because I kept getting side brush error messages and if it went under my couch it would get lost and start making a new map over and over and never find the base again), and the self emptying system seems strong. However I just read there's no bags available to purchase and it empties into a disposable bag (so what do you do once it's full?)
The negatives - AI system is awfully buggy... In the middle of a wide open hard floor it'll stop and say drop sensor is blocked (I've tried wiping it making sure it's clean, etc) might do this once or twice, or every 30 seconds for a while, you never no

This light weight vacuum has made quick cleaning so much easier. Has tons of suction. I love the attachments for the stairs and hard to reach areas.

Brush Error but nothing wrong with brushes

I have loved this product so much but out of nowhere it tells me there is a brush error and just stops. I submitted a help ticket into the app but nothing.

The Stick Vac itself is good. It works as well as a Dyson that I had previously. I would recommend this, just be sure to get at least 2 batteries. My issue is that there was a problem with my order, I did not get the Vac Stand that I ordered at the same time, I received a 40V 15" trimmer instead. It took a couple of days to get through to somebody on the only phone number they give, non e-mail address is available. He said that I'd be hearing from somebody from the warehouse within 4 days to get the Vac Stand sent out, that was over a month ago. Since then, I have called multiple times, waiting on hold for hours, even tried the call back option, which they don't call you back. They have good gear that works, but if you ever need their assistance with anything, I pity you. I own 15 of their tools, which I really like, and as many of their batteries. This was my first issue with anything and from this experience I don't know if I will continue to purchase their equipment. I am so very disappointed.

This is a great little vacuum. It charges quickly, maneuvers well and lasts about 16 minutes on the medium setting. This is a perfect every day vacuum! I did a lot of research before picking this one and we are glad we did!
