Decent vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as it was on sale and wanted to give it a go vs. a different vacuum I had purchased with similar specs.
I popped in the 4ah battery, turned it on, and I have to say the suction was fantastic. This thing did power on to the highest setting, and I did not realize how much this drains the battery.
The on-screen display is nice and lists how much time you have on your battery. On the max setting this thing listed 8 minutes of run time. I turned it down to the lowest setting and it went up to 36 minutes. I would say that is a bit quicker on max setting than I expected, but it does give the added power.
I have other greenworks batteries, I popped on a different greenworks battery, and it works fine. The only thing is, this is definitely made specifically for the 4amp type c battery. Similar to the scooter, which does not allow for other 4ah batteries due to their size not fitting, this will not fit in the wall mount with a different battery. If you are buying this for its use with other batteries within greenworks, unless you have other 4ah type c charge batteries.

Nice vac with small footprint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a year ago for vehicle cleaning and small cleanups in the garage. The blower side works well for blowing off projects. Easily stored as it resembles a toolbox at first glance. I have never used it long enough for the battery to completely deplete. My only complaint is that the suction is almost too much for the hose to handle, as it almost fully contracts, sucking the unit towards you. I'm checking into maybe another compatible hose. All in all, I love all my Greenworks tools.

Terrible programming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy, worst software programming in the business, my Greenworks robot vacuum is constantly getting lost deleting the map, overwriting extra maps that I try to save to restore when it incorrectly alters them. Literally usually won't make it 5 minutes into cleaning most times. It's more work trying to create barriers and rescue this thing constantly than it would be just to sweep the floors myself (and I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initially purchased a Bissell cordless stick vac. It came with 2 accessories, but no place to store them. You had to remove the battery to charge it with a separate wall charger. We returned it. This Greenworks vac has all the accessories we would need, including a wall mount charger/cradle/accessory holder, an accessory holder that clips to the vac itself, and a battery pack that can double as a USB-C power bank. It also has awesome power.

Excellent Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned stick vacuums from a few other major brands that are strictly in the vacuum business, and this is better than theirs. The suction is powerful! I have a rental and on first using it it picked up all kinds of dust and dog hair from the previous tenant in one shot. I have cats and it does excellently picking up their hair. The attachments are very good for furniture, tight spaces, even sucking cat hair off of my jeans! The suction on rugs is so strong that I have to turn the power down to keep the rug from getting stuck in it. The battery life is as described and I have had no issues with battery or charging the battery. It is a little odd to remove my vacuum battery but I got used to it. I do wish a vacuum stand came with the vacuum instead of being sold seperately because it is top heavy and doesn't stand on it's own. It falls over easily.

Battery life

I bought the 24v stick vacuum a few months ago. Quality is good but battery life sucks. Might last 8 minutes tops. Better be fast! Battery is NOT interchangeable with other 25 volt batteries(weed wacker, etc)Do not buy unless you live in one tiny room only
