Failure to describe circuit breaker on handle which fails occasionally

Uneven cut (Mohawk) was my biggest complaint until I packed it up to go 200 miles to mow some property, only to have the infamous BEEP-BEEP. After returning home from my wasted trip and diving into it I found there is a 'circuit breaker' toggle on the bottom of the handle (switch side) which was not clearing. Disconnecting it (remove covers - 2 wire blue/white) resulted in proper starting. I depressed the CB several times until it felt released and reconnected it with proper operation. There is NO description of this all black switch as to purpose or replacement availability in the provided manual. Would not buy again, I feel lucky the controller board didn't fail, I see that happens as well.
Auto speed sensing is slow to react to heavy patches, get to the end of a row and take more than 3 seconds to turn around and it slows back down, doesn't speed back up until you're halfway down the row.
Bought the 60v String trimmer before all this, so heavy I injured my shoulder using it too long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this 17" mower has great power, does a fantastic job cutting, but the all plastic construction did not last the first mowing, the height adjustment does not hold and drops down as you mow. customer service has been great about refund and I'll try a 21" mower with a metal level for height adjustment

I've used Neuton battery- power mowers for years, preferring the smaller one for maneuverability, & I'm so thrilled to replace it with this Greenworks mower. It was easy to set up & understand- very similar operation- but with a modern LI-ion battery that charges much faster. The mower itself has more power- the trade off is a shorter run-time, but I got an extra battery & used one for my front yard & the other for my back yard, & didn't run out of power either time. (They seem to run longer than the promised 30 minutes.) I love the eject button for the battery- it's very helpful for anyone with smaller hands or arthritis. Since this mower is 2" wider than my old one, and is much lighter, I get my mowing done faster & easier- that's a win!
I find it easy to use, much lighter than my gas mower was. Battery charges fairly quickly, fortunately I have two batteries because I also have a Greenworks snow shovel that uses the same size battery, I will say it is louder than I expected. Would recommend to anyone with a small to medium lawn. My1/4 acre lot takes two to three battery charges depending on how high I let the grass get. Have used as a mulching mower and with the catcher. Very satisfied with the job it does. I am a 72 year old male and it easy for me to handle. I think it was a good value for the price.
I can't seem to figure out how to lock down the bottom of the handle and the instructions don't address this feature

Hello Maverick,
Sorry to hear of the challenge you are experiencing. To connect lock down the cam lock.
1. Align the holes in the upper handle and the lower handle. 2. Put the cam locks through the holes. 3. Tighten the knobs onto the cam locks. 4. Do the same operation on the other side.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934.
I've had a corded lawn mower for 5 years and I wanted a battery powered one that had a bagger. I don't have a large lawn so the 17" model with 60V looked good to me. It has been great. My neighbor saw me assembling it and got one for himself and got rid of his gasoline mower. He said "nice and quiet."
