[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried about battery life having no experience with battery mowers in the past. I am almost able to my my entire 1/3 acre of lawn on just 1 battery - so having the 2nd battery I am never worried about running out of power to finish the cut. Even coming back to quite-long grass after vacation and using the turbo mode a lot it still got the job done on a single charge of the 2 batteries.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome mower. It has far more power than expected and easily navigates the steep slopes in my yard. While I considered a zero-turn version, I felt the steering wheel provided just the level of support I needed to feel comfortable mowing downhill. I have had the mower for three months now and hope to get many years use out of it.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great experience using this electric riding mower! Handles the hills on my property well and cuts very efficiently, and cuts my 1.5 acre lawn in one charge with energy to spare. Best thing is, NO GAS! Charges in just under 2 hours, that's it. Can take 6 batteries, only comes with 4, but does what I need. Currently these batteries are sold out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the features on this lawn mower. It is self propelled, 60V, automatic transfer of battery cell when one is used up, battery indicator lights, a large grass bag, easy to start, adjustable handle and it was on Sale. I was so tired of pushing a lawn mower up a slope, this one goes up with ease since it is self propelled! I can do my entire yard on one battery. Plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this lawn mower for 4 months and it works great with the exception of one faulty battery. I need to use 3 batteries to cut our front lawn. I have a system where I start with two batteries and when one wears out, I take it out and put on charger. When the next battery wears out I then replace it with the charged battery. As of a week ago my second battery won’t charge. I do not use the self propelled option to save on the battery charge. I didn’t contact customer service yet, but hopefully they will replace my faulty battery.
Rear wheel drive design is second best. Mower deck lever protrudes beyond the deck and gets caught on fence posts, retaining walls, etc. That said, I've used the mower once and like the low noise level and it cuts the lawn well. I need to get used to the rear wheel drive but the mower deck lever can easily be engineered to stay in its lane. Batteries are nearly perfect for my size lawn. About 12,000 sq. ft. The turbo feature does use more power and is not necessary for regular mowing. It may be good to use that feature in the fall for picking up leaves from my mid west lawn.
Pros: Convenient, Quiet, Powerful

Hello AlMar. Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate hearing from consumers like you and will take your comments into consideration as we work to improve our products. The self-propelled feature is not usable in reverse. They are designed to lock when pulled back to prevent damage to the drive belt. If you are using the self-propelled feature, the mower will attempt to move forward and will be difficult to move backwards. You would have to release the self-propelled lever to pull the mower backwards while still holding onto the start lever. We hope this helps.
