[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have switched from gas to completely battery operated. I bought the 25 inch mower. It's powerful and fast. I cut side hill with no problems. Excellent product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this mower a year ago, had 48 hour on and cut total 44 acres according the app so far. Just changed the gear oil yesterday. Overall this pretty good like a working horse.
The oil change is not very hard but also not very easy. The bolts are 12mm but are not mentioned in the manual. The torque 6-10 ft-lb may not be applicable, I'm afraid it could overturn and break the thread. I was thinking of extracting the used oil out of the gearbox, but the open is too small to do it. The small opening is also very hard to add new oil. I have to use an injector to push it in.
To clean the deposits of wet grass on the mower shell is kind of difficult to do. I'm not sure if it's easy to take the bottom unit off the tractor then to clean it if needed. It could be easier to sharpen the blades or to replace it if I can take it down.
I used to rent a tractor mower to cut the grass before the fire season per local goverment requirement. Now I can control the grass with this CRT426.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had rear wheel drive mower and would never get again. In my opinion, rear drive makes it difficult to turn the mower. I do find this mower to give a nice cut and the battery lasts long enough to cut over 5000 square feet. I also appreciate the way it folds and stands up to store.

Hello TobeyY. Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sad to hear the rear wheel drive is a match for your needs. RWD mowers offer better traction, particularly on hills and uneven surfaces, as the rear wheels can grip the ground more effectively. They also tend to maintain traction better when the grass bag is full. However, RWD mowers may require a slight effort to turn, as the operator needs to disengage the drive or pivot on the rear wheels. We have a video that will show you how to operate your self-propelled mower. You can watch the video here (https://youtu.be/NUN1HvDgwrY?t=243). We hope you will find this information useful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this mower and absolutely cannot wait to try it out! I'm staring at the battery while it chargers bc the moment it's ready I'm out the door, ready to go make my yard look nicer!! Thank you for having so many options for mowers. This mower is my very first I've owned myself. I'm so excited.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it to work for 10 whole minutes then it stopped. Can't get it to work again. Directions suck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello B770. We are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with your 60V Mower. There are a few reasons this may happen. 1. The newer design lawn mowers have a built-in safety switch at the bottom of the handle. If the handle is not locked in place properly the mower will not start or stall out after a few seconds. 2. Battery aliment. Check that the battery is correctly connected to the battery compartment. Open the battery door. Align the ribs on the battery with the grooves in the battery compartment. Push the battery into the battery compartment until the battery locks into place. Lastly, startup is often a common reason the mower does not start. To start the unit. Pull back on the green handles while simultaneously pressing the (green) start button, please note the blades will turn off if you release the green handles. We have shared our video in the hope it will assist and provide better user experience. (https://youtu.be/8EuAuzYB3zg). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm amazed at how easy it is to use this mower. Its very light and pushes super easy. Batteries last a long time and I love my purchase!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this mower because my gas one broke. I'm very happy with this one, very easy for a woman to use and very light weight. My neighbor recommended it, she has one just like it. Pretty cool no more gas, oil, plug, filter or pulling a cord! 😊🌞❤️
