I’ve always had gas powered mowers but my husband convinced me to try out an electric, and I’m really glad we gave this mower a try. Our lot is 0.5 acres (minus the house and a couple of small gardens) and we were able to mow front and back with plenty of battery power to spare. We could have gotten away with a single battery but I do like having the backup second. I also like that you can use the same battery for multiple tools. This mower is definitely worth it if you’re looking for an electric.
I bought this mower several weeks ago. I have used it multiple times on my yard. It cuts beautifully, and is easy to maneuver. I can do front and back yards on one 4amp battery, which I was skeptical about...but, it did it! I am extremely pleased with the product, the build quality, and the bang for the buck. I couldn't be happier.
This mower has met all of my expectations - quiet, powerful, long-lasting charge on the batteries, smooth transition from discharged battery to fresh one on-the-fly, and useful "TURBO" feature.
Love this mower. Can do my whole yard in one charge with left over battery power to run the trimmer. It’s easy to put together and very clean. It folds up and is easy to store. Really just a great machine!!
Battery went dead half way through mowing. 2500 square foot worth of lawn!

Hello Colorado Johm,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this product. Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions to check out. 1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged. 2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated. 3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction. Should you continue to experience a problem with the battery and charger, we urge you to contact our customer care using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to making it right!
So far, I’m very satisfied with this mower. I live in a townhouse with a postage stamp front yard and back yard. Really, this is too much mower for my needs, but it’s efficient, quieter than a vacuum, and can be stored upright against a garage wall like a stepladder. It even has a headlight in case you prefer mowing grass in the dark…
