Best lawn mower for beginners and more

Wanted to get a lawn mower for a while and this is the best one i can ever get. self propelled feature is the best. Really easy to use and perfect for a mid size lawn.

This lawnmower works well - lots of power and light enough to pick up and move to hard to reach areas where the 17” width can fit. I use it in corners. Also great for the uphill parts since it is very lightweight.

Great initially

At first I loved this mower. Quiet and easy to raise and lower the deck. But if grass is even a little thick you don’t get nearly the cutting time advertised. And it does not do well in areas where the ground is uneven. Had to buy a second battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. When the lawn is being cut uneven, this can indicate a few different things. The first being that the lawn itself is rough or uneven. However, if this is not the case then it is possible that the grass is too tall, or the cutting height is set too low for the type of grass. Try raising the cutting height and reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. If you have tried these suggestions, try having a look underneath of the mower deck and ensure that there has been no damage to the motor shaft, fan, blade, blade washer/insulator or the bolt. If any of these parts have been damaged or thrown off balance this will result in an even cut and likely, a noticeable vibration while in use.

Does what it is supposed to do

I bought it to trim a large lawn after using a 60" deck riding tractor. I like the cordless features- no adding gas, no oil changes, it starts instantly, etc. It has plenty of power for the task and if my lawn were smaller it would be my only mower. I liked it well enough to recommend it to a friend who bought one last week and a cordless trimmer to go along with it. The battery charger is fan cooled and charges two batteries at the same time which is a nice plus.

easy to operate

I love this little mower. It arrived safely in 3 days. I put it together by myself,charged the battery in 2 hours, mowed my whole back yard in an hour and still have power. Battery is easy in easy out. Height adjustment is easy. Light weight easy to push. I will soon be 83 and for the first time I love to mow my yard. My yard is less than smooth and it is still easy to push. Best mower I ever had. Thanks for a great quality product.
