This is the 7th 60V piece of GW equipment that I've purchased. Only used it once so far but it cut great, even through a thicker area on the side of the house.
This mower has been a dream. Coming from a early 2000s Briggs and Stratton 22” there is no comparison. More power, has not bogged on me. Plenty of battery life for my corner lot and a great cut. Being able to stand it up for storage is also a major plus. Love everything about it.
I got this because I hated the lawn mowers we have ! pull sputter ...pull sputter. pump pump the gas bulb . pull sputter .. This was easy to put together . easy to use and wow the power . ! recharge is FAST ! run time for us .29 acres one charge ! we are now looking into getting the 60V trimmer in the future .... come on die gas trimmer :)
Generally, I Love this machine. The Battery life is good for my uses and lets me mow my entire lawn on the two included batteries. I have noticed that sometimes the power of the lawnmower and the speed (auto propelled) kind of turns off or slows down randomly without any out-of-the-ordinary load just for a second or two. I also am not a fan that when releasing the self-propelled function, the wheels lock in the forward motion and I can not reverse unless I manually push forward for a bit which unlocks the wheels and allows me to reverse. I'm making due with these quirks and I generally love the machine but buyers should know of these quirks.
