Two 60V Required

I purchased this late spring. Used it all summer on a yard size of just shy of a half acre. I do not have any hills. I love the wheal size as it moves across the yard with ease. Plenty of power for all types of grass. However, I cannot get more than 20-25 minute runtime from the one battery sold with it. I reported this to Greenworks and they stated the batterie is for UP TO 45 minutes runtime averaging UP TO 1/2 acre. I'm not sure but seems they consider anything between 1-45 minutes within their advertised time limits.
Also, you really need to be prepared to mow when the conditions are best for the mower. This isn't always compatible with my schedule or mother nature's. If I let the lawn go a day to 3 past perfect mowing height, the battery will not last. If it's also little damp, three charges may be required.
This mower needs to be sold with at least 2 batteries for lawns up to a half acre.
I live in the Northeast. This mower has not yet experienced our fall with damp grass and leaves. I anticipate a single charge will not cut it.

60 volt Zero turn with wall charger

Received CRZ 426 on 9/4/26 FedEx Freight. This machine is a joy to use.I have 3/4 acre mowed it twice , and only used half the battery charge. Love the wall charger with plug into the unit. I have power to my shed makes it very easy to charge.

No spare parts

No spare parts available in US or Canada. First my backpack sprayer died because a cheap runner 3/8ths tob1/4 inch adapter degraded and split. Then the switch in the handle to engage the blade motor on my 60v 21 inch mower failed

I have one acre including where the house sits… no way does this cover 2.5 acres. I’ve had it two seasons now and it’s not bad but if I had to do it again I would get something more powerful that could also handle tall grasses.

At age 83 this product is a dream come true. It far exceades my expectations. Low noise, no exhaust fumes, easy maneuvering and no oil or gas to deal with. Does a good job mulching and recharges in a little over 1 hour. What's not to love. Best thing since sliced bread! I can mow a half acre twice or more on low blade speed before recharge. I highly recommend this lawn tractor.

Blade cuts great but it is a thicker and heavy blade setup. It does shorten battery life and sometimes makes the mower think it is bogged down. Which requires a system reset. Probably best to stick with the single blade.

Not a 21 inch mower.

This is not a 21" mower, its a 20" mower. The blades are 20 inches long.
As with all cordless devices, the batteries are the Achilles heel here, providing only limited cutting time.

The 21-inch measurement refers to the mower deck size, while the actual blade length is typically slightly shorter to allow proper clearance between the blade tip and the inside edge of the deck. After a few years, I hate it. It makes mowing hard

I've had this for a few years and I have come to really dislike it. I loved it at first, but its cons became so annoying and it makes mowing a much harder task than it should be. I love that it's electric, doesn't run hot, has a variable speed for the self propel, and it folds up easily. However, there is no side discharge. A big reason why I bought this was bc it said it mulches, but this one relies on the grass just falling down - and that's not what happens. Instead, it builds up against the inside walls and collects until either it stops the blades, or your mower starts sounding like it's working in overtime and you need to turn it off for fear of burning up the motor. Mind you, this is without using turbo mode, or using the self propel to walk quickly. Just standard use and it builds up like crazy. So several times during my mowing I'll need to stop and scrape the insides completely, which can take 5-10 minutes each time. On a hot day, that's time I shouldn't be wasting on this. I should be able to mow without worry. The wide dual blade deck also means more places for the grass to collect since it's shaped like an 8. And if you try to bag it then you'll be stopping twice as often to dump it. Additionally, there is often a broken up thin line of the lawn that didn't get cut bc it landed between the 2 blades. For my 0.33 acre yard, the included batteries were not enough for the front and back. I had to buy an extra so I could do it all. Even then, I sometimes need to charge the first that dies while I continue and then use that one once the other 2 die to finish the job.
Overall, I do not regret buying electric, but I regret this mower and I'm thinking about selling it.
