Fantastic, Lightweight and Efficient Mower

This mower has been perfect for our family. It is light and easy enough to use that even my 10 year old can operate it. It starts with a button press, so no yanking on any cords. It is quiet. It also cuts very well, leaving the grass with a nice uniform height across the yard. The battery life, at just under 2 hours is perfect for our 1/3 of an acre property. We always have enough juice to cut the whole yard with a little left over. Plus, we have other 60v tools from Greenworks so we can easily swap a battery with one of those if need be.

Love this lawn mower!

I had the 21” 60V push mower for 2yrs. Bought the self-propelled version this year and my wife absolutely loves it. Can’t get her to let me use it. Variable speed is just the ticket. 1/4 acre lawn in 25 minutes and one of the 2 batteries using the “turbo” function.

Everything I expected and more. Cuts cleanly, feels just as robust and powerful as any gas powered mower, and the self propelled function is a luxury! Get my lawn mowed in less time than my gas mower.

We are thrilled with this mower. After putting alot of money into keeping our gas rider working the last few years, we were happy when Greenworks finally came out with their rider, which we had been waiting for. We have close to 2 acres to mow, it is not flat, and there are lots of things to go around. Starting at 100% charge, it does the whole thing. We also enjoy using it to pull around a utility cart for lawn chores.

1st mower arrived damaged, GW did a great job getting me another one. My only complaint would be controlling speed is slightly erratic. Rear discharge makes trimming around obstacles a ton easier. No wires or cables exposed on handles. I give it a solid "A"!

I have had this mower about a month now doesn't cut like a gas mower but does an excellent job. Mowed grass that was fairly tall with no problem. Would buy again.

This is our second battery powered lawnmower but our first with Greenworks. It has so many bells and whistles! I love the fact that it has two batteries and will switch to the second without having to change them out. The self-propel feature is great, although it does make the mower a little louder. Fold down handle, grass clippings not coming out the side, and the ease in switching mowing heights are a few more of the features I like. Definitely would recommend this lawnmower!

Quiet and powerful

I bought this mower to replace the gas burner I've had for 12 years or so. Right out of the box it impressed me. Assembling the handle was quick and easy. Charging the two batteries for a little less than an hour and I was mowing. The controls are well placed and easy to get used to. The height adjustment is done for all 4 wheels with one lever that is very easy to operate. And quiet! Quieter than our vacuum cleaner. The cut is clean and level. Oh, and a pleasant surprise was that there was an extra blade taped inside the box. It has a turbo mode for heavy grass , but it seems to be smart enough to adjust to normal changes in grass height. There are two battery slots, and the mower will switch over when one battery is discharged. The adjustment for the self propelled feature goes from a leisurely pace to a brisk one.
