Good look finding replacement blades. Even the parts department can’t figure out the part number for the blades. Don’t hit anything, will probably be a few years before you can find replacement blades.

Hello Garrett P
Thank you for taking the time to voice your concern. The part number for the blade is R0203256-00. To purchase, please Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934. In the meantime, the blades may be sharpened! Touch-up sharpening can be done with a file. Check the blades for balance following grinding. A commercial balancing tool is available through most hardware supply stores, or balancing can be done by placing the blade on an inverted line punch or 1/2" bolt. The blade should not lean or tilt. While spinning the blade slowly, it should not wobble. If the blade is out of balance, tune it up before reinstalling. Lay the blade on a flat surface and check for distortion. Replace any distorted blade.

After our gas powered mower started falling apart, we finally took a chance and tried going electric. I've only used it about 5 times, but it is a game-changer! Quiet, efficient and holds a charge. We also purched a 60v chainsaw, so have a backup battery when needed, but for normal length grass I am able to complete our large property and still have a charge. Love it.
I purchased this for cutting grass at my cabin . It is very light weight which makes it easy to load and unload. It performs as advertised and battery life is great.
This worked great until I hit a rock and needed a replacement blades. According to the service line, they are back-ordered out to a month, making this very expensive purchase useless for a good portion of the summer. Great products should be serviceable in a timely manner.

This is my first battery powered mower. The battery life actually exceeded my expectation. My lawn is around 13000 sq.ft. and it took me around 50-60 minutes to mow. I usually use up just one 4AH battery plus maybe 10% of second battery. The mower is quiet and powerful. Feel the self-propelled is a must have. Two complaints so far: the self propelled function is still engaged for a couple of seconds even when you released the handle, locking the rear wheel makes it hard to turn. plus it is rear wheel drive which is less convenient to front wheel in my opinion. Second minor complaint is seems in the side discharge mode, it throws the clipping closer compared to my previous gas mower, but this is minor issue. The self-propelled issue is sometimes kind of annoying.
