You way undersell it's abilities. Great hill climber. Batteries last way longer than stated. Chargers way faster than stated. Just a truly great mower. My only complaint is that the battery bag shoulder strap tore off the first day. Still able to use the handles though so no big deal.
Was so excited when it was delivered! I opened ans so easy to put together ❤ and makes mowing fun! Quiet and plenty of power It the best purchase I've made in a long time.no smoke,no gas fumes or spilling its awesome. The only thing I wish i would have done is get a self- propelled.
I'm so glad I bought a Greenworks 21in mower! It is awesome..no gas moves even and quiet! No gas spill or fumes and smoke.Wish I could trade up to self- propelled.
I bought this about a year ago, and I am disappointed. It seems the engineer did not trust them selves to make the blades stay away from each other so there is not enough over lap . if you go a bit quick you will end up with a line right on the middle of your cutting path.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Gerald11,
We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the quality of the cut. When the lawn is being cut uneven, this can indicate a few different things. The first being that the lawn itself is rough or uneven. However, if this is not the case then it is possible that the grass is too tall, or the cutting height is set too low for the type of grass. Try raising the cutting height and reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. If you have tried these suggestions, try having a look underneath of the mower deck and ensure that there has been no damage to the motor shaft, fan, blade, blade washer/insulator or the bolt. If any of these parts have been damaged or thrown off balance this will result in an even cut and likely, a noticeable vibration while in use. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934.
Once again, I was completely blown away by Greenworks. I expected to change the 2.5 battery at least twice to finish our yard (which is almost 2 acres). The battery had enough charge to get the small front yard done as well! The grass was tall as well. Used this little dude for over a month now and still not one hiccup. Also might have hit a few sticks and dog toys that our dog had hidden in the tall grass….still powers though and no broken parts. Solid mower for the price! Love this thing like all my other 60v tools! Thanks for being you Greenworks! Side note….the plastic piece that hold the start wire did come broken inside the box. Not a huge deal as I swapped the one on the other side, that said it was broken upon arrival.
