I researched the heck out of this lawnmower and am really glad I did! So much so, that I actually went through with buying one! I have no complaints with this rider. I saw some reviews with people complaining about how heavy the batteries are because you have to lift them out of the rider to charge them, c'mon on now. I tried plugging in all 6 batteries at one location at the same time and it tripped the breaker, so just plan ahead for that. Charging the batteries is very fast! There is barely any noise when cutting.. so long ear plugs! I haven't tried towing anything yet so no comment there. The size of the rider was important to me and I wasn't sure how I would fit on this machine. I'm a big guy (6ft, 280 lbs) and I sit very comfortably on this rider. Also, I read some reviews saying the description wasn't accurate about cutting 2 acres? So here's the thing, it depends if you have had the batteries on the charger before cutting or not. I feel like I shouldn't have to say that but to some, it might not be so obvious. We own 2 properties and I started with 86% and by the time I was done, it was at 58%. That was all done by not charging the batteries before I started to give you an idea. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and can't wait to use it again!
Save your money. Battery doesn't run for long enough. Only good for little tiny yards.

Hello ABF2020,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the run time you're receiving. With a battery-powered mower, it is important to adjust your mowing techniques to make the most out of the battery life! It goes without saying that the harder the unit works, the quicker the battery drains. Here are a few mowing tips! 1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. 2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily. 4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. We hope these tips will help! Purchased this about a month ago. Like that it's light weight & easy to push. The 1st use got about an hours use from battery. 2nd time was about 1 hr & 15 min. This last time it seemed like I only got about 30 minutes. I can never get my yard mowed in one try. It takes 3 hours for the battery to charge to get only 30 minutes to an hour of service. I like how it cuts if it would just keep cutting for longer.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is important to recognize that the run time depends on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, weather, operator technique, etc. there are many factors to consider when calculating run time. For this reason, it is normal for the run time to not be the same on each use. We would be happy to investigate to see whether your run time would be considered average; please kindly contact our customer support center at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

I was really surprised at how well it worked. And so light I have emphysema and a heart condition. Going up hills was good. Thanks. Also the battery lasted for the entire yard
I was skeptical about going electric, but I've been very satisfied with this mower. I have about 4 acres of mowing and I can usually get most of it done on 1 charge. The charging is super fast and the blades cut my fields and grass without issue. It's also fun to drive and I love how quiet it is. I have many hills and the electric motor is great at preventing spin outs or getting stuck. Just be careful of using cruise control on hills since it can really speed up fast after turning down hill.
I originally had the 80v version but wanted to get a self propelled due to the size of my lawn. Went with this 60v and it’s been great! I like that both batteries are onboard and I am able to do my full yard on a single battery even with using the self propelled feature. I see there are complaints about the delay on being able to backup signed using self propelled and it happens but I just release its second or two before I need to backup and have no issues. Just needed to adjust to the way it works.
