Pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the mower; from the quite hum of the brushless engines and smooth ride to the stress free reassurance of no more seasonal maintenance on a gas engines, replacement of belts, or oil changes. I have converted! Never again will I be bothered with anything except a Greenworks product. Best of all, I am slowly collecting all the tools I need, and have all the batteries I need.

Pro 60V 4/0Ah battery does not charge (red blinking light), only 6 months old. Unfortunately, Customer Support does not answer but in a continuous (+1 hour) of "please stay on the line for the next representative." 4-yr warrant on battery, but I don't have 4 years to stay on the line for customer support.

I purchased the Pro 60V brushless 21" self-propelled lawn mower with 2 4.0 amp batteries. I am a 73 year old female and hoped it would be easy for me to use. My 11 year old grandson used it and then my 15 year old grandson. They both had no issues. Started it and started mowing. Finally it was my turn. I loved it did my whole yard about 1/3 acre with 3/4 of one battery used. It mowed down everything in sight. I was surprised on how quiet it was. Now I want to purchase the weed trimmer and leaf blower. I give the mower 5 stars. Greenworks is the best !! Margaret H in CT

For best storage practice the lawn mower should be stored somewhere dry and protected from the elements, such as a garage or shed. If you have no other choice but to store it outside, keep it elevated above the ground and covered with a durable tarp.
When the battery will not be in use, store it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. Store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we recommend charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life.

This mower is easy to use, great fun, and works great. It would be nice if the grass chute was easier to take off when using the mulcher attachment, the chute has a hinge pin with a one time use star washer retainer, this could be switched out for a bolt and nut.
Also, the battery chargers would be improved if they could be wall mounted, and each charger is 10 amp rated, so pay attention to what circuit you run them on. I havent tried it, but if you ran all 3 on one circuit it should trip your 15or 20 amp breaker.
Would be very cool if there is an aftermarket suspension seat available.

Good mower with some issues

Mower works great, love the turbo setting and the width. Only issues I’ve had so far is when trying to reverse after releasing the assistant Drive lever the back wheels lock and I have to manually push it forward to push it back. Also when it switches from one battery to the other the motor kind of freaks out and goes really fast for a couple seconds.

We love this mower. We were worried, as we previously had a 30inch push mower, and with 25 inches would obviously have to make more passes to mow the yard. However, this mower is so powerful and much lighter, it doesn’t take longer. It makes it easier to get into tricky spaces too. The 2 batteries are plenty to mow our 0.6 acres.
