This trimmer edger is a time-saver with easy switching between functions. Lightweight and maneuverable, despite minor auto-feed issues.

Great tools - Terrible batteries.

Purchased 2 months ago, all products did their job well. Loved the lawn mower it glided smoothly. The batteries no longer hold a charge though, at first they could last almost 2 hours now only about 20 minutes full-charge...

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your battery not charging. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we want to help you resolve it.
To charge a Greenworks 24V battery, plug the charger into a standard power outlet and insert the battery into the charger. The charger's LED indicator will illuminate to show the charging status. When the battery is fully charged, the charger will automatically stop charging to protect the battery. We have a video showing how to charge the 24V battery. We recommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with properly submitting a warranty claim. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat with an Expert” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent I Monday - Friday: 9:30am – 5pm EST or by calling 1-888-909-6757 between 9AM and 7PM EST, M-F. Weed eater and blower combo

Poor Battery Life

I bought this product in April 2025 and just started using it in June. After a full charge, I got barely 5 minutes of runtime—completely unacceptable for something brand new. I tried recharging the batteries, and now it’s been blinking green for over two hours with no sign of progress. This thing is clearly defective or just poorly made. For the price, I expected at least basic functionality, but this is junk. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.

Great for a smaller trimmer

I figured it would do a decent job for residential trimming, but it’s much more powerful than it looks. I have used it to take down some pretty hefty weeds and it is doing a fantastic job at that as well. I’m impressed.
