Only used less than 10 times and it will not go counter clockwise making it very difficult to complete projects.

If the unit is not switching to reverse (counterclockwise), there are a few things we recommend checking. First, ensure the forward/reverse selector switch above the trigger is fully engaged to the reverse position, as it can sometimes sit in a neutral lock position if not pushed completely to one side. If the trigger does not respond, try toggling the selector switch back and forth a few times to ensure it is not stuck or obstructed. Also, remove the battery and reinsert it firmly to confirm a proper connection, and check that the battery is adequately charged. If the tool has been under load, allowing it to rest briefly can help reset any internal protection features. The trimmer is not working, it cuts out even when fully charged I’m not happy about that . The other equipments are good.

When a trimmer shuts down intermittently, it is often related to airflow restrictions, line feed issues, or temporary overload protection being triggered during use. We recommend checking that the spool is not overfilled or jammed, ensuring the cutting line can feed freely, and removing any grass or debris buildup around the trimmer head and guard. It can also help to use smooth, continuous cutting motions and avoid forcing the tool through dense or thick vegetation, as this can cause the motor protection system to temporarily stop operation. Cuts very nice. Not for bumpy yards. Very delicate mower. Good ergonomics. Fast battery drain. Good for narrow spaces. 65W charger overheats and needs attention.

JUST BEWARE

Have had 7 mo's and have used drill (haven't used impact driver yet) a handful of times. Both batteries will not charge. Not sure if it's a problem with the charger or batteries. Followed trouble shooting steps; however, no status lights show. Bought 2 year warranty. Been on hold over 13 minutes with the (888) number...I HUNG UP! used CHAT, link for service center didn't work. Ridiculous.

Directions suck

Mows fine screw on righrt side will not tighten . The directions suc,,but I'm intelligent enough to put it together. Wrong screw??? Why is it different than the one on the left side? I believe every company should have someone who speaks english as a first language should write the directions after putting it together our of the box. If it is sold in America.
