We are glad to hear you are getting strong power and runtime from your 24V 12" String Trimmer/Edger, but we are sorry the line feed performance has been frustrating, that is certainly not the experience we want you to have.
Line feeding issues like you described are often related to spool setup or line advancement technique. This model uses an automatic/bump feed system, and for best results:
1. Make sure the spool is properly installed and the line is evenly wound (not crossed or too tight).
2. While trimming, lightly “bump” the head on the ground while the unit is running at full speed to advance the line.
3. Avoid letting the line get too short before feeding, as very short ends can sometimes prevent proper advancement.
4. Check that the correct line diameter is being used, as oversized or undersized line can affect feeding performance.
