It's nice having an electric mower however it takes a long time for the batteries to charge and they don't last long. I could use something bigger like a 21in however cant fault the mower for that. The blower is nice for the combo kit it is ok if very small yard maybe less than 1/4 acre
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yes, the batteries will require time to cool before charging. The amount of time that the battery requires to cool will vary depending on how much they have heated up while in use.
The outdoor temperature can affect battery run time. If the unit is used in extreme heat, this causes the battery to overheat and ultimately deplete. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. Alternatively, additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all 24V Greenworks batteries. The higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be. . Works well. First time using lawn mower and it was easy to use. A full charge of the 2x24V batteries covers about 60ftx60ft of lawn mowing.

I looked all over for an affordable, dependable, light weight mower and blower. I was hesitant, but this combo has delivered across the board. I’ve had it a month now, no issues with any part of it and the batteries are included. The mower does a great job and the blower was perfect for clearing the yard. Perfect for our small yards

Great tools - Terrible batteries.

Purchased 2 months ago, all products did their job well. Loved the lawn mower it glided smoothly. The batteries no longer hold a charge though, at first they could last almost 2 hours now only about 20 minutes full-charge...

To charge a Greenworks 24V battery, plug the charger into a standard power outlet and insert the battery into the charger. The charger's LED indicator will illuminate to show the charging status. When the battery is fully charged, the charger will automatically stop charging to protect the battery. We have a video showing how to charge the 24V battery. This item DOES NOT RUN FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES. Do not believe the 45 minute runtime in the description. Will never purchase this brand again. Complete ripoff.

Misleading listing

Beware the misleading images on this listing! There are multiple images indicating that this includes (2) 5 Ah batteries when it only includes (2) 4Ah batteries. The text is correct, but not the images on the listing. If you are looking for something with the 5 Ah battery life, this isn’t it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
