Works well. First time using lawn mower and it was easy to use. A full charge of the 2x24V batteries covers about 60ftx60ft of lawn mowing.

We are the first time home owner. Our home has big space on front n back , both side space is Okay. And that's why we were searching for cordless. We bought 48V (2 X 24V) 17" Cordless Lawn Mower & Leaf Blower Combo w/ (2) 4.0 Ah USB Batteries.
Easy to setup and handle, nothing prior experience is also fine.
Blower is very powerful, has 2 modes and light weight to carry. Has very good grips.
Mower is safe and easy to handle. Bag is good enough to hold one time mowing cut grass. Has multiple levels to set.
I am happy with my purchase and will surely recommend it to my friends as well.

It's nice having an electric mower however it takes a long time for the batteries to charge and they don't last long. I could use something bigger like a 21in however cant fault the mower for that. The blower is nice for the combo kit it is ok if very small yard maybe less than 1/4 acre

Yes, the batteries will require time to cool before charging. The amount of time that the battery requires to cool will vary depending on how much they have heated up while in use.
The outdoor temperature can affect battery run time. If the unit is used in extreme heat, this causes the battery to overheat and ultimately deplete. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. Alternatively, additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all 24V Greenworks batteries. The higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be. . It is important to adjust your mowing techniques to make the most out of the battery life. This unit is advertised as running up to 45 minutes of run-time* with 2 fully charged 4.0 Ah USB batteries, but it goes without saying that that the harder the unit works, the quicker the battery drains.
Here are a few mowing tips to help achieve the optimal run time.
1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings.
2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months.
3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily.
4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.

I was so tired of the noise and the smell and the upkeep of my gas mower, and a reel mower just wasn't cutting it, so to speak.
