Have owned over 2 years. Had a issue with Bar lube tank but repaired it and still using. I don't have access to power source (to lazy to bring my generator) so plan out what I have to cut and get it done
got about 30 cuts out of a fully charged battery. Be sure to tighten bar bolts before using.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello jimmydatthelake,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with this chainsaw. The amount of cuts per charge or run time that you receive would depend on the load acting on the saw (i.e. the thickness and type of wood being cut) as the chainsaw would use more battery power on tougher and thick objects being cut. We would be interested in hearing more about this issue. Please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
The great price made me consider going electric. Now I see all the other advantages - No idling, much less noise, no smoke. Just out of the box and a quick charge and that is it. Best part is push button starting is the cold.
After the recent ice storms that hit Oklahoma I needed a chainsaw to help me clean up the mess. My father has a Greenworks leaf blower and he suggested looking at their battery powered chainsaws. I ended up buying the 18" 80 volt chainsaw. Not only can it make short work of smaller limbs, but I have also cut down and cut up 12-15 inch trees. I have cut enough firewood to last several winters. I LOVE my saw and the job it has done for me.
I hit a rock low cutting some maple sapling stumps with my 60v Greenworks chainsaw while clearing my woods trail. Put things to a halt until it was resharpened. Decided to get a backup chain so could swap it out next time. Glad to say haven't hit another rock (yet) but the replacement fits perfectly and its good to have a spare. Trail is open!
