[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to saw when performing smaller cutting jobs around the house. It offers plenty of cutting power when needed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Converted all my outdoor powered yard tools to Greenworks 80v. I’ve never ran out of power, quick charge and 80v batteries are interchangeable. The last three years have been environmentally friendly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great chain saw and easy to put together. The power to cut down the trees and light enough to handle for hours

Hello David Erwin. We appreciate you taking the time to rate the 80V chainsaw. We are glad to hear that you found the chainsaw easy to assemble and powerful enough to tackle trees while still being light and comfortable to use for extended periods. We appreciate your feedback and are happy it has been a great fit for your needs! We see that our unit has scored 5/5 all around but you left us a 3-star review! Mistakes happen, please note this review can be adjusted accordingly and resubmitted. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the chainsaw and see that placing the chain on the product is required. Website is very difficult to navigate to register the product. Seems like you must write a review to register. Unable to recommend due to not using the chainsaw yet. Appearance is very nice, but haven't operated the chainsaw. Gave 4 star rating, but would like to have seen the chain attached upon opening and an easier website to follow.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a chance and went with this 80v saw over another gas powered saw. It has as much power as most gas saws. It is quieter and a 4 amp battery will make a lot of cuts. Get 3 batteries and you can cut all day.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a cantankerous gas chainsaw. Very pleased. This is the third Greenworks tool that I have purchased. Pleased with every one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My gas chainsaw chain broke and I hadn't gotten around to fixing it yet. In a recent storm a large tree limb fell onto our shed. I wanted to get it cleaned up quickly. I ordered this saw on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. The battery charged quickly in under the 2h stated time (that's probably from a fully dead state) and in an hour I was able to fully cut the tree and still have one light of battery (20-39%) left. This saw is quite; So quiet that hearing protection isn't needed. It's also powerful and sliced through the tree with little to no effort. The translucent window for the bar oil reservoir is great and you can easily see how much you have. I really like the safety feature - not only is there a thumb button to depress in order to pull the trigger, but when the chain brake is on the circuit is completely broken, so pulling the trigger doesn't even send power from the battery to the motor. There is a slight 1-2 second delay when pulling the trigger to the motor turning and chain moving that you will have to adjust to, but once you do, it becomes unnoticeable. I would have liked the 4A rapid charger, but this combo with the 2A charger was on sale and worth the savings. The 4 year tool and battery warranty is great! Weight of the saw is on par with that of gas saws. The wife likes that I "don't smell like chainsaw" after use.
