A worthwhile step into electric chainsaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing their mower/blower/trimmer bundle and having some sawing to do, stepping into the Greenworks electric chainsaw market was not a difficult decision. I was quite pleased with its first performance on a very fresh, wet white oak, and foresee plenty of use in the future. Anoter great product.

I am very impressed with the power and ease with which it performs with cutting limbs as well as thick logs. I would and have recommended this tool to many others who have tired of mixing fuel and jerking a starter cord.

Carves up branches perfectly, lasts me a few hours of work (with a backup battery). If I needed to plane any thick trunks it wouldn’t suffice, but it’s more than enough for what we need it for!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet

Easy to start!

Checked battery 6 months later still fully charged. 6 more months today it was still almost fully charged and worked like a champ. Love it compared to my old Pullon gas saw.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

Missing part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expect this to be a good addition to my Greenworks collection. However, I can't use it as it's missing the oil filler cap. Once I receive a replacement cap I'll add a new review.

Super-fast cutting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blade made me super impressed with my new battery chainsaw. Unbelievably sharp and fast cutting. I threw the chain off the bar once and 3 drive links got bent or broken. I did some filing and grinding but the chain doesn't sound right going around the sprocket. I hate to discard it because this is the sharpest chain I've ever owned—nice long shavings instead of dust.
