Light wieght saw,but does not last

Saw Issues 3rd time I used it. It only makes a clicking sound when I pull the trigger. Its like the chain break is on.

had two saws here for 10 years heating our home with 24 cords of wood each winter. have used all types & makes since direct drives & two-man 5' 2cycles. pulled my shoulder out on an old poulan 409.
the Pro 80 18" gets a 6x6 ton of lumber with two batteries in 40mins-1hr with quieter on demand power.
