Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started out okay. But can't let ur grass grow hardly between mows or the mower will die. Each Sean seems like the battery life gets shorter and shorter. When it only starts out lasting maybe 30 mins on a super cool day. Since you know mowing season is during the summer. I have had this mower for 3 years now and with 2 sets of batteries can't finish 1 yard in 73 degrees weather. I mention the temp because if it's hot the mower is almost useless cause it will over heat and not work. The only reason it got a 2 start is the trimmer and leaf blow are great.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery life span will be determined on storage and care which is located inside the owner’s manual. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. Greenworks takes as much pride in our battery and charger. The 48V platform batteries have been tested over 2000 charges. While we only work with the highest quality products, nothing is always perfect but not to worry, Greenworks lithium-ion batteries are offered with a 3 year (homeowner) limited warranty. Please note, users must use (2) fully charged Greenworks 24V battery packs. Do not use battery packs other than Greenworks 24V. Ensure both batteries are charged 100%. If each battery has a different charge state, the run-time of the machine is subject to the lowest powered battery (For example: one battery is charged 100%, and the other is charged 50%, the unit will only run until the 50% battery is depleted). When using (2) batteries with different amp hours (Ah), the machine will run until the lower (Ah) battery is depleted.

great tool is ready for replacement. It has tackled 3 foot tall weeds
edged 100 yard of grass each time and put up with my yelling at
