There needs to be a detailed video to show how to move between being at home and being away. My thermostat insists I am away when i am at home and all I can do is override to temperature setting.

Newly built Home, New Thermostat which functions and displays well, but was not user friendly in terms of what you have to go through with the programming to Sync with your utility company. I have an Energy Conservation program with BEMC and it requires communication with them via my Thermostat. Once it did finally connect, even with a strong WIFI signal it appears to function and work very well.

The unit is great, however I wish the app had more choices. For example I could pre set it to lower or raise the temperature at certain times.

The thermostat is nice, your app and the linking process leaves a lot to be desired. After about 30 minutes of trying finally got the thermostat linked but only linked to one phone. Please work on the ease of linking and use of your app.
