While the thermostat works fine, the directions on how to program it are just about non existent. My son finally got it working pretty well, but I can't change it to "permanent" when I want to lower the heat if I'll be away for a few days. When I tried and changed it to 58, it was "on schedule" back to 68 when I returned home several days later. I don't want to heat the house to 68 when I'm away.

The app controlling this thermostat is useless. Works infrequently and was poorly designed. I am done with Honeywell thermostats for good

Really poor wifi connection process. Only connects to 2.4 ghz wifi . IOS device process is terrible. Phone support is terrible. Rest API documentation is not helpful. API inside temperature is an integer but it acts like the call for heat is looking at fractional temps... very poor documentation and zero support...

The difference between the set temperature and when the thermostat turns on the furnace is 5 degrees. It gets far too cold before the heat comes in and goes back to our desired temperature.
