Lack of Accuracy and not very good at reporting

Does not measure temperature accurately. It is 3 to 4 degrees off, otherwise works okay. Would like it to give more accurate usage numbers. My 20-year-old thermostat would give me up to the minute usage numbers. This gives it to me in hours not hours and minutes and I have to wait a day to see them. It sad but my 20-year-old thermostat was more accurate and useful!

The app is lacking. It’s slow to connect and I commonly have to restart the app several times to get it to finally ‘open.’

Awful. The app is the worst and it will randomly disconnect from the Wi-Fi. We cannot get it to reconnect with the app after many resets. I wouldn’t recommend at all!
