Give a way around security measures other than just leaving the app open all the time. Having to log in at all is a nuisance but having to log in twice every time is ridiculous. I don’t need security for a thermostat. I’d give it a much better rating but for that.

I really do like my new thermostat be able to control it from my phone the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it is a little hard to set up at first the instructions weren't totally clear on it I guess if you're more tech-savvy how to set the internet up that would be easier once I got it I love it I also would like to add that I've been doing heating and air conditioning for over 30 years I've always recommended this stat just because it is very user-friendly and reliable stat to use as a straightforward thermostat like I said the only thing is the internet was a little hard to set up but they're very easy to install I've had this stat for a while before I decided to hook it to the internet and I'm glad I did it's a feature I really do like

We love this thermostat. So easy to control from either the device itself or our phones. The schedules and geofencing features are nice and work well too. Overall, highly recommended, and I also like that it doesn't draw attention to itself as a smart thermostat. Looks are understated and blend into most home decors. I also wanted to say that Residio customer support were extremely helpful in transferring the license from our home's previous owner to us.
