Very nice replacement for the T4. Only problem with the product was the installation and having to lower our network speed in order to connect to the network. I was fortunate to have an IT guy available as this would have been very difficult in my own.

About a month ago two Honeywell T6 Pro Smart Wi-Fi thermostats were installed along with new HVAC systems installed at the same time. They enable me to set automatic schedules for heating and cooling and also control each thermostat from our phones. This capability is wonderful. If we are away and the systems are off, we can log in remotely and activate the systems so our home is at a comfortable temperature when we return home. Obviously, we think this feature is fantastic.

very difficult to connect to my network as it said connected and success, but would not sync. Took several attempts and had to manually change wifi setting on thermostat to get synced.

Great features on thermostat. Nice display and a decent wifi app. Wifi features are very nice. Nice interface, overall good. We are able to balance our heat pump and auxiliary heat and our A/C to save money. Wifi connection has been stable. We've had it a week and it has maintained its connection even with some internet disruptions.

I had this product for over a year before I could get it to connect to the app and the AC/furnace. It took updating software on the AC/furnace before I could get everything set up. I do understand that my issue was “rare”. I love the thermostat itself easy to use and accurate. The app still needs work. If I close the app it takes quite a while to reconnect and let me change settings. Longest wait time was 6 hrs.
