Called customer support and spoke with a gentleman there (my apologies but I forgot his name) he help take care of everything and was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to get it fixed.

Really like the app that controls it! I use the app to create schedules and to bump the thermostat up or down as needed. Works great to warm up the house (or cool in summertime) before getting home from a weekend away.
