I have been unable to get it to communicate with my tuxedo touch keypad. You would think since they both have the Honeywell Home logo that it would be easy to do. I have tried all the instructions I have been able to find but nothing works.
It was a bit difficult to get synced with my phone at first. Make sure you follow each and every step as described and it will work. Their tech support was very patient and helpful. We really enjoy the new simplicity of using the new thermostat. It is very easy to use both on the wall and on my phone.
It runs quieter and it doesn’t run to often to maintain the temperature. I travel a lot and I am happy to have control of the Unit wherever and whenever I want.
