Thermostat cool default locked out A/C. Had to turn that off. Then thermostat failed after >1 year. Contractor won’t use them anymore. Support was horrible. Why have a support staff when all they say is contact your contractor.

Easy to set up the WiFi connection, and easy to use from my smart phone. When the house is just a little too hot or cold, it's very convenient to be able to adjust the temperature of the house from my phone.
