I am thoroughly impressed with the T6 Wi-Fi thermostat and the technical support team. I called Honeywell technical, once for the C wire hook up and another time for Wi-Fi set up. I have never experienced technical support so impressive! With patience and expertise they quickly resolved my problems. Totally awesome!

The thermostat is very nicely equipped and was a perfect fit to replace a T1 since the foundation of the device is the same. The WiFi was fairly easy to configure and connect and the Honeywell Home app is okay, though somewhat simplistic.

Was unable to connect thermostat to my Android phone for over a year, until I bought a new phone that used the most current version of Android. Very disappointing. The app consistently requests my pass code a couple times on each startup.
