has had the thermostat for a month. seems to be working fine so far. I love the app and the interface and ease of use. The only slight negative is the mechanism inside the thermostat that turns the a/c on( click sound) is somewhat loud.

My previous Honeywell Thermostat was a much better product and app to use it. I plan to switch back as soon as possible. It works but not as user friendly.

This is my first smart thermostat and it works great so far! The biggest plus is being able to change the temperature remotely from my smartphone (even while I'm at work). I like the alerts that let me know when the temperature in my apartment is too hot. The biggest negative I've experienced with this product is the initial setup to connect the thermostat to Wi-Fi and my smartphone. It took several attempts before it finally worked. Other than that, I definitely recommend this product!
