The app is not great and the support for the app is non-existent. I reached out several times for app support and have not heard back. I installed a humidifier in my HVAC system but the app doesn't allow you to see the humidity level or control it.

Overall this is absolutely a great thermostat so far. I have had 2 issues. One was when I had my internet service changed, I had to completely reset the whole thermostat instead of just having an easy way to change the network. The other issue was when the app had randomly froze up a few times. Other than that, I would recommend it for the convenience and the ability to have multiple schedules set.

I had this thermostat installed at my residence when I purchased my new home. It was installed by the builder. I have always used Honeywell thermostats on all my homes and never had any problems with them. I like the T6 but I had a hell of a time trying to connect the thermostat to my phone and the app. After several days and much frustration I finally gave up. I finally had to get help to make it happen. I was ready to buy a different brand. But now that it is connected it works well. It is 2021 this thing should work on the 2.4ghz and 5.8ghz wifi speed. I don't recommend this unit. Get a dual band unit.

Has a random digital burn in and when connecting to homekit it disconnects from the main honeywell app.
