EXTREMELY difficult to set up. I spent at least three hours- trying to do it myself, then with a neighbor, and finally over an hour with the Honeywell Tech Support people (who were VERY helpful). It is now up and running.
My new thermostat was relatively easy to set up with my Wi-Fi. My Alexa app found the device and connected automatically. The available step by step instructions were complete and made the setup process easy.
We live in South Jersey, I am just.becomming a senior. Our old thermostat failed and they in nstalled this new electronic one. It is awesome and works on my cell phone. We just love its ease of use and all the information it provides. I can see what is happening at home when we are away from home. I can stop my children from turning up the heat and forgetting it up, or down also. It has great features and reports the weather to my phone!. We are extremely satisfied and hsppy. I can change the house temp from bed in the middle of the night. It is so convenient. I love the convenience this thermostat gives us!! The quality and functionality are top notch!! We are very pleased!!
Worked fine for the first 2 weeks. Now when it's time to warm up for the evening, it's 2-3 degrees off. I have a service tech coming to look at it today but seems strange that at 4:30, 5:00 through midnight it says it's 74 degrees when it's really about 71 or 72.
