The builder picked the thermostat for the house. This thermostat is not as intuitive as the Trane Nexia unit. It was a challenge to set it up with the WiFi network and keep it on line. As long as it stays on line my viewpoint will improve but right now I have concerns.

My new T6 Wi-Fi Thermostats have gone offline multiple times. They are not reliable. I don't recommend them and would not buy them again.

I purchased this to monitor the air conditioning in a winter home but the app logged me out so that I now have NO way to monitor the air conditioning unless I go there in person and reconnect it.

Had an error, lost wifi connection and unable to reset the device. I have done everything including a factory reset. I regret when they replaced my Nest with this.
