Great wireless thermostat, but if you have two floors, it's a hassle. I would love for the thermostats to communicate to each other. If I set the mode to heat on one, I have to go and manually do the same to the other. Regardless if I use the app or the device itself, it is still a hassle.

Though set-up is a bit confusing, once set up it works well. The display is easy to read and understand. I hope for years of compatibility from this product.

After several calls and hours on the phone with your technicians trying to hook this up remotely I was unsuccessful. Two technicians promised to call me back after talking to their supervisor but never did. So at this point I am unable to access remotely which is why I bought it in the first place. It is a rental property in another state so I thought it was a perfect solution- I guess I was wrong.
