Really difficult to program. Took multiple calls to tech support to finally get it working. NEST does this so much better. Does not have some of the features that my 4 year NEST could do.

Our device is merely months old and functions as if it were possessed..? The temperature on the device shows 71 when it's supposed to be 74. No matter how much I try to get it to function correctly, it is persistent... it won't!!

Poorly written App. Cannot delete location when need to transfer App to new owner / renter of a house. Very little programming control compared to my other Thermostat App from Bryant & Ring lacks basic program functions..

We originally installed the NEST and found it to be lacking in content and features, and the constant SELLING from Google on the app was a pain. At the advice of a HVAC expert, he said to try the Honeywell, and we are glad we did. It's still lacking in a few features, but hands down better than the NEST.

Good wifi thermostat. Only problem is no AUTO mode so you have to keep switching from AC to HEAT manually... probably going to switch mine out before spring.
