The setup process is slow and needlessly difficult. The Honeywell app is slow to use and could be much better. I previously has a Sensi ST55 smart thermostat and their app is much better. Setup is fast, scheduling is easier with more flexibility, and the app is easier to quickly use for adjusting. I am only using the T6 because it is what came in my rental. I would have already changed it out to the Sensi ST55 if I could.

I give this product a 1 star rating because clock does not sync up with the scheduler. It seems to work for the AM schedule but not PM. For example: if I schedule my a/c to go down at 9:00 PM it will actually go down at 8:00 PM. I tried everything but results are the same, scheduler clock does not sync up with unit clock.

When the internet goes down you have to reset your phone. It won’t work on a 5 g network. Has to be only 4 g should be updated

HomeKit compatibility is important to me. This device often is not connected in HomeKit and does not respond. However, it is accessible throw its native mobile app. Lack of consistent accessibility via HomeKit is extremely annoying and should be fixed.
