The thermostat functions just fine as a simple thermostat. But as a "smart" thermostat the functionality, specifically in the app, is lacking. No functionality to control the circulation fan run times. Only has heat, cool, and off as operating moods, versus being able to have the system hold between two set points and heat and cool as required.

Very easy to use. Can set temperatures for a number of times a day making it convenient for everyone. Weekends can be set separately and it’s very easy to override the temperature if you need to.

Thermostat works ok, previous thermostat which was the same model completely failed after thirteen months of service and we were required to pay for the replacement. We can’t get any help to figure out how to activate the software on more than one mobile device. Support is not available as advertised.

The thermostat appears to work well, however I do not like the app interface. I was used to the Nest learning our schedule, so it is taking a while to get used to this one. i have worked with software developers before, testing out user interfaces, this feels clunky. After 1 month, this morning I finally located the drop down menu to keep the house at 1 temperature for the holidays.
