Thermostat does not reconnect automatically if it disconnects from internet which makes it useless when you are away from the home and want to remotely monitor your system. My old Lennox was flawless for 7 years when this occurred. I should not have chanced……

I like the fact that I can adjust the temperature no matter where I am. There is also a great feature that changes the temperature when we leave the house to save money. The cost of the unit was well worth what we got in versatility and energy savings.

Overall I am very satisfied with this product, it easily and quickly connects to wifi and is easy to control, both directly on the thermostat and through the app. The only thing that was a little odd was after a year of use, the thermostat screen went blank and could no longer be used. However, as the app was setup I could still easily control the heating and cooling functions for the entire house. My technician did mention this is a very rare occurrence and arrived the following day to replace the thermostat.

Set up is easy. Changing the temperatures and times is very intuitive. Each day can be set different or days can be grouped together. I like being able to turn the furnace up while on my way home.
