It consistently cools or heats well past the set temp. All 3 zones have to be set to the same temp, or it doesn't work right at all, which obviously defeats the purpose of having 3 zones in the first place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks Honeywell/Resideo for a easy to read, understand and navigate controller with a uncluttered screen. Other manufacturers should take note that many consumers do not want all of the display features causing confusion. There should be options on an advanced display screen for the more tech savy customers.
