Works well but the dead band is programmed to be zero on this unit which I do not like.
And because of this the unit cycles a lot more then it really needs to.
I’m okay with my house rising one degree before the unit kicks back on.
They should of made the dead band adjustable by the user.
It is not Honeywell’s place to take away the ability to customize my thermostat to my liking because they think their settings are superior.

The t6 was very difficult to link up. The t5 versions are much easier. I almost took the unit off and retuned it because of the link issue.

There needs to be an option to have a\c and heat on at the same time. Is there a setting I've missed? I've looked through multiple times and cant find it. Spring/ fall temps fall and rise too much to not have the option

A previous T6 Wi-Fi Thermostat that i had installed professionally with my brand new heating and AC unit didn’t even last 2 years before it had to be replaced. Glad it had a warranty. I will give the same unit another try and see what happens. If it goes bad then i’m finished with this product. I previously had a thermostat that was installed when i built my house in 2000 and lasted for 19 years and was still working just fine.
