it is good once you get it setup! setting it up with the wifi and app was a difficult process that I hope I never have to repeat. I literally tried to set it up and failed and then tried like three months later for about 2 hours to actually get the wifi connection to work.

Horribly hard to program!

The brochure does not explain how to program this device and it's not intuitive. Wish I'd spent the extra money purchasing the unit provided by the furnace manufacturer.

It was an easy install, works flawlessly. It is the only wifi thermostat that I will install. The only down fall is display could be a little bigger, and the updates to the servers... way to often

This thermostat is easy to use and connect to your phone. My biggest complaint is that you cannot set it to be on a heat and cool mode. I’d like to set the house at a temperature and have it either kick in the AC or furnace based on the current temperature of the house. However within the settings you can only choose one or the other to be active at any given time.
