The thermostat was easy to install as a replacement to my non-WiFi T6 Honeywell thermostat. I absolutely love the Wi-Fi remote access and control features, especially the geofencing feature. I have installed the Honeywell WiFi thermostat in one of my rentals so that I can monitor the HVAC remotely. It is working great there as well!

I bought this to be able to manage the settings via Wi-Fi. Difficult to set up. Had to take the device off every 30 minutes and plug it back in after 2 minutes. The help line said to do this for 8 hours. It finally connected with Wi-Fi. And lost connection within a week and will not reconnect
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
